n early January, I sold LHCB to Eezy Imports, a US subsidiary of a publicly traded Israeli company. First, there will be NO CHANGES in personnel, and I will remain president through the next 12 months – this will be invisible to you!
Next, Eezy has an AI platform for ABI that is one of the best I have seen so far. This will take LHCB to the front of CHB’s using AI, where our current vendor was not developing any AI tools. This is a HUGE job security issue for our staff – not only will it make us more efficient, Eezy is bringing us 4000 entries per year they have been giving to a NY broker! Again, HUGE job security for our staff! A WIN for them!
Eezy needed to acquire a licensed US customs broker and “going concern” about our size to implement their AI platform, then move the 4000 entries to us. They did a VERY thorough due diligence, they decided it was a good fit, and made me the offer. A WIN for them!
Finally, they met all my requirements to sell, including job security for our staff, a smooth and stable transition, allowing me to guide that transition, and of course my financial requirements. A WIN for me!

I want to thank each and every one of you for being a part of LHCB’s success these past 39 years! Your support has allowed us to grow and prosper, and I cannot tell you how much that means to me! I will be ready to move on in January to my next chapter, which will include travel with Laura, hiking, and maybe some writing. WKYP
